What is SahiKundli?+
SahiKundli is a self-serve Vedic astrology website. It computes your chart first, then produces a reading from those fixed chart facts. You can make a free birth chart, use free calculators, or buy a report for a specific question, time period or life area.
What do I get for free?+
Your natal chart, Panchanga and 30 calculation tools are free. No account or email is required for the free chart. The tools cover planet signs, Navamsa, Guna Milan, verified dosha checks, daily timing, numerology and live planetary positions. Paid reports add personal interpretation, prediction and practical direction.
Which report should I buy first?+
Start with the question you need answered. Choose SahiNow for the phase you are in, SahiVarsh for the next 12 months in detail, SahiDasha for three years, or SahiJeevan for the full chart and life arc. For one subject, choose the focused report: career, money, relationships, marriage, health, karma, education and direction, gemstones, Jaimini purpose, numerology, name alignment or compatibility.
What is the difference between SahiNow, SahiVarsh, SahiDasha and SahiJeevan?+
SahiNow explains the present phase and gives immediate 12-month direction. SahiVarsh is the detailed one-year planner with four quarters and 12 month pages. SahiDasha is the premium 36-month timing map. SahiJeevan is the premium lifetime book, with the whole chart, major life domains, Mahadasha periods, a 10-year arc and 36 months of detailed timing.
What is the difference between SahiRishta, SahiVivah and SahiMatch?+
SahiRishta reads one person's general relationship pattern. SahiVivah reads marriage from one person's chart. SahiMatch compares two people and includes Ashtakoota, Manglik checks on both sides, compatibility and both dasha timelines. If you have only one chart, do not buy SahiMatch.
What is the difference between a technical chart and a reading?+
A technical chart records the calculation: placements, divisional charts, dashas, strength tables, yogas and doshas. A reading explains what those facts mean for your question and timing. SahiPatri is the technical record. The other paid products are interpretive readings.
Do you still sell SahiLife Synthesis or SahiComplete?+
No. These older premium products are not available for new purchases. Existing delivered PDFs still work from their private report links. The current live catalogue is the one shown on this FAQ and the Reports page.

SahiVarsh costs ₹999 as a one-time purchase. It starts from the month you buy it and gives four quarters, 12 month pages, domain timing for career, money, relationships, health and karma, plus the dasha, slow gochar, Sade Sati and Ashtakavarga evidence behind the timing. Choose it when you want to plan the next year month by month. It is not a three-year or lifetime reading.

What is inside SahiMargdarshan?+
SahiMargdarshan costs ₹4,999 as a one-time purchase. It is the flagship question-led counsel report. You bring up to five questions or focus areas. The report opens with a Prediction Brief, ranks which question to handle first, then gives answer packets with chart evidence, running dasha, 36-month timing, decision rules, watchouts, Integrated Judgement and practical upaay. Choose it when your own questions are the main reason for the report. It is different from the small optional personal question inside other reports; it does not promise guaranteed events, medical diagnosis, legal conclusion, financial instruction or another person's decision.
What is inside SahiAnk?+
SahiAnk costs ₹399 as a one-time purchase. It calculates Mulank, Bhagyank, Naamank, Personal Year, Lo Shu Grid and supporting number patterns from your date of birth and name. It explains how the numbers combine and answers the built-in numerology questions. It needs your birth date and name, not a birth time or place. It is numerology, not a birth-chart or dasha reading.
What is inside SahiNaam?+
SahiNaam costs ₹999 as a one-time purchase. It calculates every letter of your present public name by the Chaldean method, keeps the compound number visible, checks the root against your Mulank, reviews close natural first-name spellings, compares the viable choices, and gives one final keep-or-change recommendation with a public-use plan. It may tell you to keep the present spelling. It does not guarantee an outcome, force an awkward name, change your surname, or tell you to alter legal records.
What is inside SahiJiva?+
SahiJiva costs ₹399 as a one-time purchase. It reads your Atmakaraka, Karakamsa, Amatyakaraka and Arudha to explain the inner lesson, repeating pattern, public image and work of the soul shown by the Jaimini layer of your chart. Choose it for character, purpose and the pattern beneath events. It is not a general life forecast.
What is inside SahiRatna?+
SahiRatna costs ₹399 as a one-time purchase. It assesses all nine grahas as supported, conditional or not prescribed, then gives the gemstone, ratti band, metal, finger, weekday and colour where the chart supports them. It also covers Rudraksha support. It does not prescribe a stone merely from your Rashi or Lagna, and it does not turn a weak chart signal into a forced purchase.

SahiCareer costs ₹399 as a one-time purchase. It reads the 10th house and lord, Sun, Saturn and Dashamsha for work style, field fit, job versus business, government versus private leaning, professional strengths and the current dasha timing for interviews, approvals, promotion, role change and key conversations. It gives chart-based direction and timing. It cannot guarantee a job, promotion, salary or selection.

It reads one person's relationship pattern. Use SahiMatch when you want two birth charts compared.
What is inside SahiVivah?+
SahiVivah costs ₹499 as a one-time purchase. It is a marriage reading from one chart: 7th house and lord, Venus, Navamsa, Manglik status with cancellations, marriage support, love-versus-arranged leaning, family discussions, readiness and current dasha timing. It does not compare a couple. Use SahiMatch for compatibility between two people.

It reads the 2nd and 11th houses, Hora and Dhana yogas for earning, savings, payments, household money, investments, debt, property and speculation, then places them in the current money dasha. It is a Jyotish reading of tendency and timing, not financial advice or a promise of returns.

SahiHealth costs ₹399 as a one-time purchase. It covers constitution, stress pattern, energy, sleep and recovery pressure, classical body-area associations, resilience factors and the more demanding or supportive periods in the next 12 months. It states tendencies, not diagnoses. It cannot replace a doctor, tests, treatment or urgent medical care.
What is inside SahiKarma?+
SahiKarma costs ₹399 as a one-time purchase. It reads the Rahu-Ketu axis, Saturn and Sade Sati, the 5th, 8th and 12th houses, current Mahadasha and Antardasha, and the assessed Kala Sarpa, Guru Chandal and Shrapit checks. It gives practical handling and traditional support where the chart supports it. It does not invent Pitru or Naga findings, claim certainty about a past life, or use a dosha to frighten you.
What is inside SahiDisha?+
SahiDisha costs ₹399 as a one-time purchase. It reads education and professional direction through the 9th house, Jupiter, D24 and career factors. It covers study path, course and field fit, applications, study style, mobility, study-abroad pull, earning shape and government, private or entrepreneurial leaning. It gives direction and tendency. It cannot predict marks, admission, examination results or a guaranteed career outcome.
What is inside SahiMatch?+
SahiMatch costs ₹999 as a one-time purchase. It compares two charts through all eight Ashtakoota factors and the 36-point Guna Milan score, checks Manglik on both sides with cancellations, reads emotional and practical fit, names friction, and compares both partners' dashas. It is not a pass-fail verdict and a score alone does not decide whether two people should marry.
Birth details & calculation
What details do I need?+
Most reports need your name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. SahiAnk and SahiNaam need only your name and date of birth. SahiMatch needs the birth details of both people. SahiDisha also asks your education or work stage. Paid orders need an email for delivery; WhatsApp is optional.
What if my birth time is approximate or unknown?+
The paid birth-chart reports accept an exact time or an approximate hour. Mark it as approximate and the report will not pretend the time is exact. If you do not know even the hour, those paid chart reports are not currently available because Lagna, houses and divisional charts may change. SahiAnk and SahiNaam remain available because they do not use birth time.
Why does birth time matter so much?+
Birth time and place fix the Lagna, houses and time-sensitive divisional charts. Even a modest difference can change the house structure or a sensitive chart near a boundary. Date-only sign content cannot carry the same personal precision.
What if I entered the wrong birth details?+
Contact us promptly with the report ID, payment reference and the corrected detail. A completed report made from what you entered is normally treated as delivered, but we may regenerate it once as a courtesy. See the full refund policy.
Can I order for a family member or another person?+
Yes, if you have their permission to submit their personal data. Do not submit another adult's birth details or personal situation without consent. SahiMatch also requires the details of the second person, so the same rule applies to both charts.
Why might my old Janampatri show a different Lagna or placement?+
Compare the recorded date, time, place, timezone, ayanamsa and house method. A hand-made or computerised chart can differ when any input or calculation choice differs. SahiKundli shows its method so the disagreement can be traced instead of guessed.
Which calculation method do you use?+
We use Swiss Ephemeris astronomical positions, Lahiri ayanamsa and whole-sign houses. The chart engine computes the placements, houses, dashas, divisional charts and product-specific checks before any prose is written. Read the detailed methodology.
Which classical texts do you use?+
Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra and Saravali form the main spine, with Phaladeepika, Laghu Parashari, Brihat Jataka, Jataka Parijata, Uttara Kalamrita, Chamatkar Chintamani and Prashna Marga used where relevant. A report names the source at the level its edition supports; a citation does not turn a tendency into a guarantee.
Prediction, AI & limits
Are the readings genuinely personalised?+
Yes. The reading is built from the exact chart and product-specific evidence supplied for that order. The writer is not allowed to add a placement, yoga, score or timing claim that the chart engine did not provide. Generic sign content and a personal paid report are different products.
Does AI calculate my chart?+
No. The chart engine first computes the astronomy and Jyotish facts. Reports that need written interpretation use AI only afterwards, to explain those fixed facts and answer allowed questions. SahiPatri uses no AI writing calls. SahiNaam uses one bounded writing call only for personal counsel; its arithmetic, candidate search, ranking and verdict stay deterministic, and a fixed fallback completes the report if that call fails. Every generated reading is checked for chart consistency, timing, citations, clarity, voice and safety before delivery. A contradiction with the computed facts blocks delivery.
How accurate are the predictions?+
The chart calculation is auditable. Prediction is an interpretation of the natal promise, dasha and gochar, not a certainty. The report should tell you which periods have stronger support, which are slower, what is causing that judgement and what action fits the period. It must not promise an event merely because a transit looks favourable.
What do the two SahiMeter scores mean?+
Period Support is the quality of the running Mahadasha and Antardasha. It is the same shared dasha backdrop across career, money, relationships, health and karma. Foundation is the fixed natal strength for one life area, so Career Foundation and Relationship Foundation can differ. Read the two together; neither is a verdict on the person or a guaranteed event.
When will my SahiMeter score improve, and will it ever become 8 out of 10?+
Period Support can change at an Antardasha boundary. Reports with the full SahiMeter page check the exact remaining Antardashas in the current Mahadasha and name the first higher score, the highest remaining score and whether it reaches 7 out of 10 or more. A 4 may improve without ever reaching 8 in that Mahadasha, and the report says so. This check stops at the end of the current Mahadasha; detailed month-level timing belongs to SahiDasha. Foundation is natal and does not change with time.
Can an upaay improve my SahiMeter score?+
No. An upaay does not raise Period Support or Foundation. Traditional support such as mantra, daan, seva, fasting or behavioural direction may help you handle the period with more steadiness and make better choices, but the score remains a description of the computed chart and no outcome is guaranteed.
Is Vedic astrology scientifically proven?+
The astronomical positions are measurable. Controlled studies have not established Jyotish interpretation as scientifically validated prediction. SahiKundli therefore presents the classical reading as tendency and timing guidance, not as scientific proof or guaranteed fate.
Do I need to believe in astrology?+
No. You can inspect the calculation method and judge whether the reading is useful. The report should name its chart basis, say where the signal is weak and leave the final decision with you.
Will a report guarantee marriage, a job, admission, money or a specific event?+
No. A report can identify support, pressure, timing windows and practical choices. It cannot guarantee that another person, employer, institution, market or event will behave in a certain way.
Will you predict death, grave illness or frightening events?+
No. We do not publish death timing, deterministic illness claims or fatalistic verdicts at any price. SahiHealth discusses classical tendencies and periods, never diagnosis. Urgent or serious health concerns belong with a qualified doctor.
Are career and money reports professional advice?+
No. SahiCareer and SahiDisha do not replace educational or career counselling. SahiMoney does not replace a financial adviser, accountant or lawyer. Use the chart as one reflective input, not as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision.
Do you prescribe remedies or sell gemstones?+
Some reports include plain traditional support such as mantra, daan, seva, fasting, colour, Rudraksha or a gemstone where the chart supports it. We state the chart basis and limits clearly, and do not claim that a remedy guarantees an outcome.
Personal questions
Which reports let me add my own question?+
SahiNow, SahiVarsh, SahiDasha, SahiAnk, SahiJiva, SahiRatna, SahiCareer, SahiRishta, SahiVivah, SahiMoney, SahiHealth, SahiKarma, SahiDisha, SahiMatch and SahiJeevan accept one optional personal question or focus note. SahiMargdarshan is different: your own questions are the centre of the report, and you can add up to five. SahiPatri does not, because it is a technical Janampatri record, not an interpretive reading. SahiNaam is a fixed calculation and decision report, so it does not need a personal question.
How long can my question be?+
For the optional personal question inside most reports, up to 100 words. For SahiMargdarshan, up to five questions and 400 words total. Keep it specific and include only the context needed to understand the situation. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs, passwords or banking credentials in the question box.
Will the report still answer useful questions if I leave the box empty?+
Yes. Each interpretive product has its own built-in question library and report structure. Your personal question is an extra final layer, not a substitute for the main reading.
What happens if my question is outside the report or safety boundary?+
The report should say that plainly and answer only the part the chart and product can support. It will not invent a medical diagnosis, legal conclusion, financial instruction, death prediction or guaranteed outcome to make the answer sound complete.
Pricing, payment & delivery
Is this a subscription?+
No. Every report is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring billing. The price shown at checkout is the price you authorise, inclusive of GST where applicable.
How do I pay?+
Website payments are handled securely by Razorpay. The checkout shows the UPI, card and other methods available for your device and payment profile. SahiKundli does not receive or store your full card, UPI or banking credentials.
Can I use a promo code?+
Yes, when you have a valid code. Enter it in the order form and apply it before paying. The checkout shows the accepted discount and final amount before Razorpay opens.
How long will my report take?+
SahiPatri is usually ready within five minutes; SahiNaam usually takes a minute or two; SahiAnk, SahiJiva and SahiRatna usually take only a few minutes; SahiMatch is usually ready in 2 to 4 minutes; occasionally up to 5 minutes; most focused written reports take about five to ten minutes. SahiNow, SahiVarsh and SahiDasha are usually ready in one to three minutes and occasionally take up to five minutes; SahiJeevan is usually ready in two to four minutes and occasionally takes up to five minutes; SahiMargdarshan is usually ready in five to ten minutes and occasionally takes up to fifteen minutes. These are estimates, not cut-off times, because deeper reports run more calculations, writing and quality checks.
Why can a cheaper report take longer than a costlier one?+
Price reflects product scope and value, not a queue position or a promise that every higher-priced report finishes first. Generation time depends on how many chart checks, written sections, personal answers, quality reviews and PDF pages that product needs, and on temporary service load. A focused report with several writing calls can take longer than a more expensive report with a simpler pipeline.
Do I need to keep the report page open?+
No. The private report page checks automatically while it is open, but generation continues on the server if you close it. Keep the link or your report ID. We also send the report link by email and, if you selected it, by WhatsApp.
Where is my report delivered?+
Most reports have a private on-site report page and a PDF. Premium products such as SahiDasha, SahiJeevan and SahiMargdarshan are PDF-only. The private link is sent to the email used for the purchase and to WhatsApp when you opt in.
Can I keep, print or share the PDF?+
Yes. You can save and print your PDF and share it privately for personal use. Your report contains personal birth data, so treat the link and file as private. The report may not be resold, republished, scraped or used to build a competing service.
My payment succeeded but the report is missing, failed or stuck. What should I do?+
Do not pay again. Check your email spam folder and keep the report ID or Razorpay payment ID. Then use the contact page or email [email protected]. We can trace the exact job, regenerate it or apply the refund policy.
The PDF will not open or looks incomplete. What should I do?+
Send us the report ID and describe what is missing or broken. Do not post the private link publicly. If a technical defect produced a corrupt, incomplete or inaccessible report, we first try to restore or regenerate it; if we cannot remedy it, the full refund rule applies.
What is the refund policy?+
A successfully generated and delivered personal report is normally not refundable. You may choose regeneration or a full refund if you paid but we cannot deliver within 48 hours. Duplicate charges are refunded, and an unfixable corrupt or inaccessible report also qualifies. Approved website refunds are initiated within 48 hours; banks and cards usually take five to seven business days. Read the full refund policy.
Privacy, access & support
Do I need an account?+
No. The free chart needs no account or email. A paid order creates a service record linked to your email so the report can be delivered, recovered and supported.
What information do you collect?+
For a chart, we may collect name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, coordinates, timezone and time confidence. Some products need a second person's details, education stage or an optional personal question. A paid order also records email, report type, payment and order references, and an optional WhatsApp number.
Who processes my data?+
We use established providers for the work needed to calculate, generate, store, pay for and deliver a report. These include Google Cloud, Supabase, Anthropic, Razorpay, Resend and Meta for optional WhatsApp delivery. Analytics and advertising measurement are kept separate from birth details, report text and personal questions. Read the full privacy policy.
Do you sell my birth data or use it for advertising?+
No. We do not sell birth details, report text or personal questions, share them with advertisers, or use them for ad targeting. Analytics may receive ordinary browser and usage data, but not the private chart inputs or report content.
How long is my data kept, and can I correct or delete it?+
We keep purchase, report, delivery and support records only as long as reasonably needed for access, disputes, accounting, legal duties and service protection. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data. We aim to complete a valid deletion request within 30 days, except where law, fraud prevention or an unresolved transaction requires retention.
How is my private report protected?+
Reports use private delivery tokens, signed links and access controls. No internet service can promise absolute security. If you think a report link has been exposed, contact us promptly so we can investigate and protect access.
How do I contact support?+
Use the contact page or email [email protected]. For a report, payment or calculation problem, include the report ID and the payment or order reference. Never send a card number, UPI PIN, OTP, password or banking credential.
Can I speak to an astrologer?+
SahiKundli is self-serve and does not offer live consultations. Support can help with access, payment, delivery or a suspected calculation or report defect, but it is not a personal astrology consultation service.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?+
Not at present. SahiKundli is web-only and works in mobile browsers without installation. Use the same private report link on your phone or computer.
Who can buy a report?+
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. A report is for personal, non-commercial use and does not replace medical, psychological, legal, educational or financial professional advice.
