Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Why readings work this way
A SahiKundli reading is not an off-the-shelf file. It is computed and written for your specific birth chart at the moment of purchase, and generation begins immediately after payment. There is no practical cancellation window: by the time you could ask to cancel, your reading is already being produced.
2. When you are always entitled to a full refund
- — Paid but not delivered: your payment was captured but your reading was not generated or delivered, and we cannot deliver it within 48 hours. Your choice: regeneration or a full refund.
- — Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same reading. The duplicate amount is refunded in full.
- — Technical failure on our side: a defect in our systems produced a corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible reading that we cannot remedy by regeneration.
- — Discontinued product: in the unlikely event we retire a product after you have paid but before delivery.
3. What is not refundable
- — A reading that has been successfully generated and delivered.
- — Disagreement with the interpretive content of a delivered reading. Readings are reflective and interpretive in nature; a perspective you did not expect is not a defect.
- — The free natal chart. There is no payment to refund.
4. If you entered incorrect birth details
Reading accuracy depends on the details you provide, and a reading generated from the details you entered is a delivered reading. That said, we understand honest mistakes. If you notice an error in your birth details, write to us promptly with the correction and your payment reference. We may, at our discretion, regenerate the reading with corrected details once, free of charge. This is a courtesy, not an entitlement, and applies per purchase.
5. How to raise a refund or delivery issue
- — Write to us via the contact page with the email used at purchase and your Razorpay payment ID (it appears in your payment confirmation).
- — We acknowledge within 48 hours and tell you exactly what happens next.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method. We initiate them within 48 hours of approval; banks and card networks typically take 5 to 7 business days to credit the amount. We cannot refund to a different account or method than the one you paid with.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version. The policy in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
